How a pilot runs.

Four stages. The measures are fixed before any file is loaded, so the read-out at the end is against what you asked for, not what we found.

Agree the ground

One product line, one portfolio, and the success measures written down: accuracy, time per file, agreement with your committee's decisions.

02 · Set up

Set up Bashi for your desk

Your credit policy and house memo format loaded, and your historical files ingested under NDA.

03 · Parallel run

Work alongside the desk

Bashi runs on live deals next to your team. Its output is compared against what the desk produced, deal by deal.

04 · Review

Read out and decide

Results against the measures agreed at the start, every disagreement walked through with your committee, then a decision on rollout.

Pilots work when there is a live book, a desk that produces credit papers today, and a sponsor with the authority to change how it works.
